Terms of Service — Boostify

User eligibility & rules

You must be old enough to use Chrome and accept Google's terms in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to you and for how you use enhanced playback on third-party sites.

Do not use Boostify to circumvent DRM, violate a website's terms, harass others, or engage in illegal activity. Do not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell the extension except as allowed by applicable open-source or store licenses. Quiet Ads adjusts ad volume only — it is not an ad blocker and must not be presented as one.

Payment & billing

Boostify is 100% free. There are no subscriptions, in-app purchases, or paid tiers at this time. If paid features are introduced later, pricing, billing cycles, and refund rules will be disclosed here and in the Chrome Web Store listing before you are charged.

Intellectual property

Boostify, its branding, code, and documentation are owned by Baher Magally. Third-party trademarks (e.g. YouTube, site names) belong to their respective owners. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the extension for personal use via the Chrome Web Store or an authorized distribution channel.

Limitation of liability

Boostify is provided "as is" without warranties. Audio/video processing may not work on all sites (e.g. DRM-protected streams). To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the extension. Your use of third-party websites remains at your own risk.

Changes

We may update these terms or the extension. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
